Photos and Albums: All photos and albums are stored locally on your device. We do not access, upload, transmit, or share your photos with anyone.
Location Data (Optional): When you enable location services, GPS coordinates and location names are stored locally with your photos. This data never leaves your device and helps you remember where photos were taken.
Security Data: When you set up PIN or biometric protection, this security information is stored securely on your device using iOS/Android encryption. We cannot access your PIN or biometric data.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous, non-personal usage statistics to improve the app experience (such as which features are used, crash reports, and performance metrics). This data contains no personal information or photo content.
Camera: Required to capture photos. This is the core function of the app.
Photo Library: Required to save photos to your device and organize them into albums.
Face ID/Touch ID/Fingerprint: Optional. Used only to secure your private albums when you choose to enable this feature.
Location Services: Optional. Used to add location information to photos only when you enable this feature in settings.
Local Storage: Everything stays on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any cloud service unless you explicitly choose to share them through iOS/Android sharing features.
Encryption: Photos in protected albums are secured using your device's built-in encryption and your chosen security method (PIN or biometrics).
No Account Required: The app works completely offline and doesn't require creating an account or providing personal information.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Period.
The only data sharing occurs when:
Analytics: We use PostHog for privacy-focused analytics. No personal data or photo content is shared.
Crash Reporting: We use Sentry for crash reporting to fix bugs. Only technical error information is shared, never personal data.
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:
Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since all data is stored locally, children's photos remain private on their device.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
